Redmi seems to have completed its work for the new model of Redmi 12, which was released last summer. The device, which is expected to be called Redmi 13 4G, has emerged with features such as 108 Megapixel camera and 8GB RAM.
What does Redmi 13 4G promise?
Redmi 13 maintains its appearance by following a similar design language with the 12. Powered by the MediaTek Helio G88 chipset, the device will be powered by the same processor as Redmi 12. Storage and RAM configurations are expected to be 6GB/128GB and 8GB/256GB.
The biggest upgrade will be in the camera setup. While Redmi 12 has a 50 Megapixel main sensor, Redmi 13 is claimed to come with a 108 Megapixel camera. It is expected to feature a triple setup with macro and ultra-wide sensors on the back.
The Redmi 12 came with a 6.79-inch LCD display with FHD+ resolution, 90 Hz refresh rate and 550 nits brightness. It was powered by a 5000 mAh battery with 18W fast charging support. The display and battery specifications are expected to remain the same in the new model.
In terms of pricing, the 6GB/128GB Redmi 13 is expected to start at 199 euros. The higher-end 8GB/256GB model could cost up to 229 euros.
The release date of the smartphone has not yet been announced. However, we can expect it to be introduced in the coming weeks with a few minor changes compared to Redmi 12.
