OPPO, which continues its efforts to increase its market share in the industry, will soon unveil the A2 model to users. The smartphone, which was previously spotted in databases like TENAA, has recently been listed on China Telecom, revealing a significant portion of its technical specifications.
What will OPPO A2 Pro offer to users?
The upcoming OPPO A2 Pro is listed with the model number PJG110 on China Telecom. According to this listing, the smartphone will feature a 6.7-inch Full HD+ curved OLED panel with a 120 Hz refresh rate. Additionally, the screen will have 2160Hz PWM dimming.
Powering the smartphone will be the MediaTek Dimensity 1080 processor. This chipset, based on a 6nm architecture, houses 2x 2.6 GHz ARM Cortex-A78 cores and 6x 2.0 GHz ARM Cortex-A55 cores, along with the Mali-G68 MC4 graphics unit.
On the front, there’s an 8-megapixel selfie camera, while on the back, you’ll find a dual-camera setup consisting of a 64-megapixel main camera and a 2-megapixel depth sensor.
The model will come with 8 GB of RAM and storage options of 256/512 GB. It will be powered by a 5,000 mAh battery and will run Android 13 right out of the box. The smartphone is expected to be unveiled on September 15th with a price tag of $285. It’s not yet clear when the product will be available globally.
