German car manufacturer Volkswagen has added another electric minivan to its lineup. According to the recent announcements, VW has introduced a new performance-oriented minivan in addition to the ID microbus series. This minivan, named Volkswagen ID Buzz GTX, is also described as a performance-oriented family vehicle. With a total of 335 horsepower, the ID Buzz GTX offers drivers a fast experience with its dual electric motors and AWD (All-Wheel Drive) system. Here are the details of the Volkswagen ID Buzz GTX:

Last week, the German automotive giant introduced the VW ID.7 Tourer GTX and ID.3 GTX models. Now, the company has unveiled the Buzz GTX model, which is a more powerful vehicle for families. With 282 horsepower at the rear wheels and 108 horsepower at the front, this vehicle has a total power output of 335 horsepower. Thanks to this power, the retro-styled minivan can reach 100 km/h from a standstill in 6.5 seconds and has a top speed of 160 km/h.
This minivan introduced by Volkswagen comes in two options: the standard version with a 79 kWh battery and a version with a longer wheelbase and an 86 kWh battery. Both models use the same motor, with the standard version of the electric minivan offering a towing capacity of up to 1,800 kilograms. If you opt for the longer wheelbase version, the towing capacity is stated to be 1,600 kilograms.
In addition, the standard model is offered with five or six seat options, while the long version comes with seven seats. As for the charging capabilities, the standard model of the electric minivan Volkswagen ID Buzz GTX comes with 185 kW charging support, while the model with an 86 kWh battery supports up to 200 kW. With DC fast charging, it can charge from 10% to 80% in 25 minutes.
The Volkswagen ID Buzz GTX electric minivan, introduced with options of 19-inch and 21-inch wheels and the ‘Cherry Red’ color, boasts a spacious living area. However, no information has been provided yet regarding its price. The new vehicle is expected to be available for sale in Europe and the United Kingdom in the summer months.
