Samsung is currently focused on the Galaxy Unpacked 2023 event. However, new leaks have revealed that the Galaxy S24 family is also in development. The new flagship models, internally referred to as “Muse,” will consist of three models: Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24+, and Galaxy S24 Ultra.
Samsung Galaxy S24 series is coming with three models
Samsung seems to have assigned codenames for the Galaxy S23 family. Recent reports indicate that the Galaxy S24 series will be called “Muse,” with each model designated as “Muse1,” “Muse2,” and “Muse3.”
There have been rumors that the Galaxy S24 series would not include a Plus model. However, the existence of three “Muse” models within the company suggests that these rumors were incorrect. It is now likely that the new devices will be named Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24+, and Galaxy S24 Ultra.
The new models are expected to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, which is set to be unveiled at the Qualcomm Snapdragon Technology Summit in October. While details are still unclear, the Galaxy S24 Ultra is expected to be the most powerful device in the series.
The new processor is expected to deliver impressive performance. According to the available information, the processor will feature a Cortex-X4 core with a clock speed of 3.7GHz, offering a significant performance boost.
The S24 Ultra will feature a telephoto camera with 5x optical zoom, aiming to enhance the smartphone photography experience. Considering that the launch is expected to take place next year, more information is likely to be leaked in the future.
