Realme GT5 will be powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 2

At the ChinaJoy event, Realme announced that it is preparing to launch the GT5 series soon. Also, the company shared a poster on its official Weibo account by announcing, “Much anticipated, God of War returns! The peak showdown between the kings of Android performance is about to kick off.” We can understand that the phone will have flagship specs.

According to leaker Digital Chat Station, the phone will have a 1.5K flexible straight screen, Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, up to 24GB of LPDDR5X RAM, and up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage. Also, earlier reports have confirmed that the phone will be a flagship Android with its specs.

When we look at the leaks, the phone will feature a 6.74-inch AMOLED display with a 144Hz adaptive refresh rate, it will run Android 13-based Realme UI 4.0, and it will have a 4,600mAh battery with 240W fast charging support.

Although the company doesn’t give the certain launch date of the expected phone, we can assume that it will launch the Realme GT5 sometime in August.
