Tecno Pova 5 Pro 5G is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 6080 SoC
To get closer to the new 5G smartphone, let’s check the specs. When we look at its chipset, the Pova 5 Pro is powered by 6nm MediaTek Dimensity 6080 SoC, which has 2x 2.4GHz Cortex-A78, 6x 2GHz Cortex-A55 CPU cores, and Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. Additionally, the phone has 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 8GB of virtual RAM, while it has 128GB or 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage options.
On the display side, Tecno prefers a 6.78-inch (2460 x 1080 pixels) Full HD+ LCD screen with a 120Hz refresh rate on the Pova 5 Pro, and it is protected by NEG Glass Protection. Also, the Pova 5 Pro 5G has Vapor Chamber Cooling for heat dissipation, and it comes with the Arc Interface RGB multicolor backlit technology for a better design.
In terms of the camera system, the Pova 5 Pro 5G features a 50-megapixel main camera with f/1.6 aperture, a secondary camera on the back, while it has a 16-megapixel selfie camera with f/2.0 aperture on the front. While the smartphone has a 5,000mAh battery with 68W fast charging and reverse charging, it runs Android 13-based HiOS 13 out of the box.
The Tecno Pova 5 Pro 5G is available in Silver Fantasy and Dark Illusion color options and is priced starting at Rs. 14,999 for the 8GB + 128GB model. It will be available from Amazon.in starting from August 22nd.
