Continuing its efforts to increase its market share in the foldable phone market, OPPO officially unveiled the highly anticipated Find N3 Flip last week. However, the Find N3 model, which was touted as a rival to the Galaxy Z Fold 5 during the event, was not mentioned. A recent report that has surfaced suggests that the upcoming OPPO Find N3 model may be introduced very soon.
Oppo Find N3 launch date can be announced today
Digital Chat Station, known for leaking information in the industry, stated that the launch date of the upcoming OPPO Find N3 model will be announced later today. It’s worth noting that initially, August 29th was considered as the date for the device’s unveiling, but it didn’t make an appearance at the event where the Find N3 Flip was introduced.
Based on Digital Chat Station’s previous reports, we can expect the foldable phone to feature a 6.31-inch FHD+ resolution 120 Hz AMOLED cover display and a 7.82-inch 2K resolution AMOLED primary foldable display with a 120 Hz refresh rate. The device will run on Android 13 and ColorOS 13.1 and will come with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
The model will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor and a 4,805 mAh battery. The chipset, manufactured using a 4nm fabrication process, includes 1x 3.36 GHz ARM Cortex-X3, 2x 2.8 GHz ARM Cortex-A710, 2x 2.8 GHz ARM Cortex-A715, and 3x 2.0 GHz ARM Cortex-A510 cores, along with an Adreno graphics unit.
The device will feature 16 GB of LPDDR5x RAM and 1 TB of UFS 4.0 storage. In addition, it will support 80W wired charging and 50W wireless charging.
The OPPO Find N3 foldable phone will have a dual selfie camera setup with a 20-megapixel lens on the external cover display and a 32-megapixel sensor on the main internal screen. On the rear, it will boast a 48-megapixel IMX581 ultra-wide-angle camera, a 64-megapixel OmniVision OV64B periscope sensor, and an optically stabilized (OIS) 50-megapixel Sony IMX890 main camera.
