Looking at the images shared on this topic, we can see burns on body parts such as fingers and arms. However, it is not certain whether these burns are indeed caused by Apple’s devices as claimed.

On Apple’s side, efforts to address the heating issues with the iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max are ongoing. As we may recall from the company’s recent interview, Apple acknowledged that smartphones heat up and stated that they would release an update in the coming periods to address this issue. One of the main reasons for the Pro models running at high temperatures is the intensive background setup processes. In other words, the models are working extra hours to quickly transfer data from previous phones, leading to heating issues.

Another reason is a bug detected in iOS 17. Although the manufacturer did not provide details on this issue, they promised to resolve it with a software update very soon. It is emphasized that updates to third-party applications also contribute to the excessive heating of the devices.
