The device boasts a 6.31-inch FHD+ cover display and a substantial 7.82-inch 2K main display. Both panels impress with a 120 Hz refresh rate and utilize cutting-edge AMOLED technology.

Running on the dynamic duo of Android 13 and ColorOS 13.1, the Oppo Find N3 comes equipped with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for enhanced security. Powering the device is the formidable Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, fabricated with a 4nm process and featuring a powerful combination of cores, including 1x 3.36 GHz ARM Cortex-X3, 2x 2.8 GHz ARM Cortex-A710, 2x 2.8 GHz ARM Cortex-A715, and 3x 2.0 GHz ARM Cortex-A510, alongside an Adreno graphics unit.
