iQOO Neo9 Pro is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 9300 SoC

When we look at the specifications of the devices, we can see that they have different chipsets. While the Neo9 gets its power from Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, the Neo9 Pro is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 9300 SoC, and they feature Q1 self-developed chip. Also, both smartphones have up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage options.

On the display side, both devices have a 6.78-inch (2800 x 1260 pixels) 1.5K AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate. Also, the iQOO Neo9 and Neo9 Pro run Android 14-based OriginOS 4.0 out of the box. Moreover, they are equipped with a 5,160mAh battery with 120W ultra-fast flash charging support.

One of the differences between smartphones is the camera system. In terms of cameras, the Neo9 features a 50-megapixel main, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera, and a 16-megapixel selfie camera, while the Pro model has a 50-megapixel main, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide camera, and the same selfie camera.
