Galaxy Z Fold6 and Flip6 to Feature New Galaxy AI
The Galaxy S24 series, introduced earlier this year, broke sales records compared to the previous series, despite showing little hardware change from the S23. The reasons for this record include seven years of updates and Galaxy AI features. Samsung, which garnered attention with Galaxy AI, is expected to offer extra features in the new foldable phones.
The Galaxy Z Fold6 and Z Flip6 are expected to achieve 30% more sales compared to last year’s Galaxy Z Fold5 and Flip5 models, thanks to AI features. Additionally, the new devices are expected to receive operating system and security updates for seven years.
Like the S24 series, the new Z series may not see significant hardware changes, but a comprehensive feature introduction is anticipated. The devices will run on the One UI 6.1.1 operating system and are expected to receive the One UI 7.0 update, as seen in the S24 Ultra model on Geekbench yesterday.
Looking at the features, both phones will come with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 for Galaxy processor and 12GB of RAM. The devices will have an aluminum frame and will be dust and water-resistant with an IP48 certification. What do you think about the Galaxy Z Fold6 and Z Flip6? Share your thoughts in the comments.
