The flagship iQOO 13 model is expected to hit the market very soon. However, unlike previous years, the company will not release a “Pro” model; instead, it will come with only an advanced feature set alongside the standard model.
New details have emerged about the iQOO 13, which is expected to feature BOE’s best display. As the countdown to its launch begins, information about its camera setup, which consists of three 50-megapixel sensors, and other specifications has been leaked. Here are the details…
iQOO 13 Comes with Ambitious Features
The iQOO 13 is said to please mobile photographers with its 50-megapixel main camera. It will replace the Omnivision OV50H sensor from the iQOO 12 with the Sony IMX921, providing a more successful camera experience compared to its predecessor.
However, the ultra-wide sensor is expected to remain the same as the previous model, featuring a 50-megapixel Samsung ISOCELL JN1. The telephoto lens will be replaced with a 50-megapixel optical zoom lens, the Sony IMX826, which offers 3x optical zoom, taking over from the previous 64-megapixel OmniVision sensor.
The new iQOO device is expected to feature a 16-megapixel selfie camera and will run on Qualcomm’s performance powerhouse Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chipset, promising users a unique experience.
According to reports, the iQOO 13 will come with a 6.7-inch BOE AMOLED display featuring 2K resolution and a 144 Hz refresh rate. The device will also include up to 16 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 internal storage. With a battery capacity of 6,100 mAh, the phone will enhance user experience with a dual-cell battery supporting 120W fast charging.
The iQOO 13 is said to run on Android 15 with the OriginOS 15 interface and will be IP68 certified, offering water resistance. The highly anticipated phone is rumored to be released at the beginning of December.
