He even suggested that one day, aliens might discover and enjoy his games.

The famous game developer emphasized the importance of creating a game that would personally satisfy him, stating, “I could never release a game that doesn’t have my approval.” For Kojima, the primary value of a game starts within the creator’s own vision. He explained that he strives to ensure his games are at the highest level to endure the evolving artistic standards over time.

Kojima remarked, “Art evaluation standards change over time. Just as paintings are appraised long after an artist’s death, games and movies should also serve as legacies passed down through generations.” He believes in creating works that will speak to all generations.
