Google’s increasingly popular artificial intelligence feature Circle to Search will get a brand new look in the new beta version, Android Authority claims. The company is working on a design for its popular feature in accordance with Material 3 design.
Circle to Search’s new design has emerged
Circle to Search has undergone some changes since its launch with the Galaxy S24 series in January. The popular feature has become more capable of providing quick access to features such as music search and full screen rotation. So far, though, very little has changed in terms of design, similar to the Google search bar widget.
Shiftdelete.netWith the latest update to the Google Search app, Android Authority has found evidence that the company is about to implement a function redesign that will bring the platform closer to the principles adopted in other apps. It was stated that the design changes in the new version are based on Google’s Material 3 design language.

The main change in the redesign will be seen in the search bar, which will now be surrounded by a larger rectangle with rounded corners. Additional buttons, such as music search, will also be added to this rectangle, and another new feature will be added. This will be a button that will function similarly to the app drawer.
When this button is activated, a list of other options will be shown, including already available possibilities such as quick access to Google Lens and translating what is displayed on the screen. This addition is a strong sign that Google may offer additional features in the future and leave the interface adapted for future updates.
The advanced stage, where the renewed appearance is now highly functional, also indicates that the launch may take place very soon.
