    Samsung continues to work on expanding its product lineup. The South Korean brand is reportedly developing a mid-range model called the Galaxy F16 5G. Recent developments reveal that the phone has appeared in performance tests.

    The Galaxy F16 5G, with model number SM-E166P, has been spotted in the Geekbench database. The smartphone scored 678 points in single-core tests and 1,902 points in multi-core tests. This development sheds light on some technical details of the model.

    According to the Geekbench database, the phone will feature the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor. Produced using a 6nm architecture, the chipset includes 2x 2.4 GHz ARM Cortex-A76 and 6x 2.0 GHz ARM Cortex-A55 cores, along with a Mali-G57 MC2 GPU.

    The Galaxy F16 5G will offer 8 GB of RAM, though other memory configurations may also be available. Additionally, the phone will run Android 14 out of the box.

    The design of the Samsung Galaxy F16 was leaked recently. Compared to its predecessor, the phone will feature a refreshed look. Based on the shared images, the device will retain its triple-camera setup but offer it with a new design. It is expected to feature a vertical camera module surrounded by a metal frame.
