ASUS has started pre-orders for its 2025 ROG Strix Scar, Zephyrus G, and Strix G series laptops. The new models come with NVIDIA GeForce RTX 50 series graphics cards ranging from the RTX 5070 Ti to the RTX 5090. Here are the features and delivery dates of the new devices…
ASUS ROG laptops with next-generation RTX 50 series graphics cards to ship on April 1
ASUS ROG Strix Scar (16” and 18”)
ASUS’s most powerful gaming laptop, the Strix Scar, comes with a high-performance Intel Core Ultra 275HX processor. Although its price is a bit pricey, it has a MiniLED 2.5K screen, 240 Hz refresh rate, and full HDR support.
- 16-inch model: RTX 5080 -5090
- 18-inch model: RTX 5090
- It comes with 32 GB RAM and 16 TB SSD options.
- Aggressive design with RGB LED lighting, a thick chassis that focuses on cooling performance.

Zephyrus G (14” and 16”)
For those who want a thinner and more portable model, the ASUS Zephyrus G series comes with an OLED 2.5K display and a 240 Hz refresh rate. It offers a more minimalist design with an RTX 5070 Ti graphics card, Intel Core Ultra 9 285H processor and an RGB-illuminated keyboard.
ROG Strix G
This model also comes with an AMD Ryzen 9 9955HX processor and an RTX 5070 Ti graphics card. It offers an FHD+ IPS display and a 165 Hz refresh rate. It is possible to say that it is a more affordable alternative compared to other models. Some SKUs are currently on sale on the ASUS official website, but deliveries will not take place before April 1-14.
