The countdown has begun for Samsung’s Galaxy S25 Edge, which stands out with its sleek design. First unveiled at the Galaxy Unpacked event on January 22, the smartphone’s features and launch date remain unclear. However, recent reports reveal key details, shedding light on when the model might be introduced.
When will the Galaxy S25 Edge be unveiled?
Industry insider Max Jambor, known for his leaks, claims that the upcoming Galaxy S25 Edge will debut in April. This aligns with previous reports. If we were to specify a date, April 16, 2025, is being strongly considered for its launch.

The smartphone is expected to be just 5.84mm thick, making it one of the slimmest models on the market. Additionally, it has already undergone performance tests, scoring 2,806 points in single-core tests and 8,416 points in multi-core tests.
The Galaxy S25 Edge will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy chipset and will feature 12GB of RAM. It will come preloaded with Android 15 and pack a 3,900mAh battery. The device will also be protected by Gorilla Glass Victus 2.
On the camera front, the phone will feature the 200MP ISOCELL HP2 main sensor, identical to the Galaxy S25 Ultra, and a 12MP ultra-wide sensor. As for the display, it will sport a 6.7-inch S-AMOLED LTPO panel with a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 2,600 nits.
