Vodafone Turkey has announced the results of the 2024-25 fiscal year covering the period April 1, 2024 – March 31, 2025. The company’s annual service revenue increased organically by 83.4 percent compared to the previous year, reaching 101.8 billion TL.

With this result, Vodafone became the fastest-growing operator in the sector in terms of revenue. The total investment amount in the same period was recorded as 19.1 billion TL. The real value of Vodafone’s total investment in Turkey to date has exceeded 283.9 billion TL.

Vodafone, the operator that invested the most in mobile infrastructure, realized record-breaking base station installations and capacity increases during this period. The company’s mobile customer base reached 25.2 million.
The total number of mobile subscribers, including machine-to-machine (M2M), was announced as 30.8 million. The number of postpaid subscribers increased by 1 million in the last year to 20.7 million. 82.2 percent of the company’s customer base consists of postpaid users. Approximately 1.4 million customers were reached in fixed broadband.
Growth continued in the digital field. The number of monthly active customers using digital channels such as Vodafone Yanımda and Online Self Service reached 18 million. The total number of monthly interactions on digital channels reached 440 million. The company’s mobile data traffic increased by 1.2 percent compared to the previous year, reaching 4,960 petabytes.
The total number of users using the new generation mobile finance solution Vodafone Pay reached 9.2 million. The number of monthly unique users of the digital assistant TOBi increased to 9 million, and the number of monthly chats increased to 30 million. Vodafone Turkey CEO Engin Aksoy stated in his statement that service quality has reached the highest level thanks to the investments made in mobile infrastructure.
Aksoy, who stated that the company achieved the fastest growth in the sector in terms of revenue, said that individuals and businesses will reach higher productivity levels with the new connection opportunities that 5G technology will offer.
Aksoy, who emphasized that the 5G tender should be held under sustainable conditions, stated that they will continue to increase network investments in order to bring this new technology to more users.
