Nothing is starting smartphone production in Turkey. The first model the company will produce in Turkey was announced as CMF Phone 1. Production will take place in the new facility that receives its energy entirely from solar energy. The CMF Phone 1 model was introduced in July last year.

Nothing will start producing smartphones in Turkey

A 4-year warranty is offered for the version to be produced in Turkey. The warranty period will be valid with the registration made on Evofone’s official website within 2 months after the device is activated. The Nothing 45W charging adapter will also be given free of charge with the device.

The sales price of the device in Turkey has not been announced yet. The company plans to reach large audiences in the Turkish market by focusing on the use of local figures in its marketing activities. Nothing’s production facility in Turkey draws attention with its environmentally friendly features.

The energy needs of the facility are met entirely by solar panels installed on the roof. With this step, the company aims to minimize its carbon footprint in production. This approach also coincides with Nothing’s sustainability policy adopted on a global scale.

The CMF Phone 1 is technically positioned in the mid-range. Powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 processor, the model has a 6.67-inch Super AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate. The phone, which comes with 8 GB of RAM, offers 128 GB and 256 GB storage options.

The rear camera setup consists of a 50-megapixel main sensor and a portrait-supported auxiliary sensor. On the front, there is a 16-megapixel selfie camera. The device comes with a 5,000 mAh battery and offers 33W fast charging support. It also has a 5W reverse wired charging feature.
