vivo will introduce the vivo X200 FE and X Fold 5 at an event on July 10. While the X200 FE is expected to be a compact flagship, the X Fold 5 will be the company’s new foldable model.
The vivo X200 FE and X Fold 5 have recently appeared on various certification platforms. Recent developments show that the Chinese brand’s new foldable phone has crossed an important threshold.
vivo X Fold 5 receives 3C certification
The vivo X Fold 5 has appeared on China’s 3C database with the model number V2507A. This development indicates that the phone will come with 90W charging support. It also strengthens the claims that the device will be introduced in July.

The features of the X Fold 5 include an 8.03-inch 2K+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate AMOLED inner display and a 6.53-inch FHD+ 120Hz LTPO AMOLED cover display. The device is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor. On the back, there is a triple 50-megapixel camera setup with a Sony IMX921 main sensor, an IMX882 sensor offering ultra-wide angle and 3x optical zoom. On the front, there is a 32-megapixel selfie camera.
The device, which has a 6,000 mAh capacity on the battery side, offers 90W wired and 30W wireless charging support. It comes with a fingerprint reader positioned on the side and IPX8 water resistance certification. The thickness of the device when fully open is measured as 4.33 mm.
