OnePlus has taken a resounding step in the new generation Android tablet market. The company has officially introduced the OnePlus Pad 3 model. This high-end device with the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor will be the most powerful Android tablet of 2025 so far.
OnePlus Pad 3 unveiled
OnePlus Pad 3 comes with a 13.2-inch LCD screen offering 3K resolution and 144 Hz refresh rate. It offers a viewing experience suitable for both indoor and outdoor use with a maximum brightness value of up to 900 nits.

The tablet is equipped with Qualcomm’s latest chip, the Snapdragon 8 Elite. Using this processor for the first time in a global tablet, OnePlus positions the device against its competitors such as Apple, Samsung and Xiaomi in terms of performance.
On the hardware side, 16 GB LPDDR5T RAM and 512 GB UFS 4.0 storage are offered. The 12140 mAh battery comes with 80W wired fast charging support. OnePlus states that the tablet can be fully charged in about an hour and a half.
The operating system is OxygenOS 15 based on Android 15. The Pad 3 has 13 MP cameras on the back and 8 MP on the front. The device with a metal body is only 5.97 mm thick.
The tablet’s sound system is also one of the striking features. A total of eight speakers, four mid-bass and four tweeters, can automatically adjust the left/right sound channels according to the screen position with the directional sensor feature.
The tablet is also ambitious in terms of software support. The OnePlus Pad 3 will receive three years of major Android updates and six years of security updates. The price of the device was announced as $ 700 for the configuration with only 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage.
