Xiaomi is reportedly developing the 15T and 15T Pro smartphones. Expected to be the successors to last year’s 14T series, a new leak has revealed key details about the upcoming devices. The report covers camera specifications, battery capacities, and charging capabilities. So, what should we expect from the Chinese brand’s new phones?
New Details Emerge About the Xiaomi 15T Series
Industry insider PaperKing14 has shared fresh technical details about the Xiaomi 15T series. According to the leak, the Xiaomi 15T Pro will feature a 50MP OmniVision OVX9100 main camera, a 50MP Samsung JN5 telephoto lens, and a 13MP OV13B ultra-wide-angle sensor. On the front, the device is expected to use the Samsung S5KKDS sensor. Notably, this camera setup is the same as the one found in the standard Xiaomi 15.

The phone is said to house a 5,500mAh battery with support for 90W fast charging. The standard 15T model will reportedly share the same battery capacity but will be limited to 67W charging.
The Xiaomi 15T will feature a camera setup largely similar to the Pro model. However, there will be some differences in the main camera. Instead of the 50MP OmniVision OVX9100 sensor seen in the Pro, the base model will use a 50MP OVX8000 sensor.
Last year, the Xiaomi 14T launched with the Dimensity 8300 Ultra, while the 14T Pro came with the Dimensity 9300 Plus. Based on this, it’s expected that the 15T will be powered by a Dimensity 8400 series chipset, while the 15T Pro could debut with the Dimensity 9400 Plus.
