Xiaomi has officially introduced the Redmi Note 14 SE 5G, offering impressive features at a competitive price. The device is priced at $173 for the variant with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. But what exactly does this budget-friendly 5G smartphone bring to the table?

The Redmi Note 14 SE 5G features a 6.67-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 1080 × 2400 pixels. It supports refresh rates of 60Hz, 90Hz, and 120Hz, and boasts 2160Hz instantaneous touch sampling, 2100 nits peak brightness, and 10-bit colour depth. The screen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5, ensuring durability.

Under the hood, the device is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7025 Ultra chipset built on a 6nm process. It features an octa-core CPU with two high-performance Cortex-A78 cores clocked at 2.5GHz and six power-efficient Cortex-A55 cores at 2GHz. Graphics are handled by the IMG BXM-8-256 GPU.
It comes with 6GB LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB UFS 2.2 storage, which can be expanded via microSD card. On the software side, it runs Android 15 with Xiaomi’s custom HyperOS skin on top.
