The Galaxy F36 5G features a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution and a 120 Hz refresh rate. The screen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus+ against scratches.

The Galaxy F36 5G is powered by the Exynos 1380 processor. The device offers 6 GB or 8 GB of RAM and comes with 128 GB of internal storage, which can be expanded up to 2 TB via a microSD card.

On the front, the device sports a 13 MP selfie camera. The rear features a triple camera system consisting of a 50 MP main sensor, an 8 MP ultra-wide angle, and a 2 MP depth sensor.
