Redmi will unveil its K90 series phones in October. The K90 model will feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 (SM8845) chip. The K90 Pro will feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 (SM8850) processor. New leaks have revealed the Pro model’s specifications.
What will the Redmi K90 Pro offer?
The Redmi K90 Pro will feature a flat display made of a new, high-quality material. The phone is expected to feature a 6.59-inch flat RGB OLED LTPS display with 2K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate.

The device’s battery capacity will be in the 7,000mAh range and will support 100W wired fast charging and 50W wireless charging. A previous leak indicated a 7,500mAh battery capacity.
The phone’s rear camera setup will include a periscope telephoto camera. An ultrasonic fingerprint scanner will also be available for security.
There will be a USB 3.0 high-speed interface for connectivity and data transfer. External audio performance will also be significantly upgraded, suggesting the K90 Pro will appeal to users who prioritize music quality. Other reports indicate the device will feature a metal midframe and an x-axis linear motor.
The Redmi K90 series will be rebranded as the Poco F8 series in the global market. The K90 is expected to launch as the Poco F8 Pro, and the K90 Pro as the Poco F8 Ultra in the first quarter of 2026.
