POCO has introduced its new budget-friendly phone, the POCO C85. Having recently announced the M7, the brand is also attracting attention with this new device. The phone stands out with its high refresh rate and powerful battery. The starting price is $109.

The POCO C85 features a 6.9-inch LCD display. This display offers a resolution of 720×1600 pixels and a 120Hz refresh rate. A fingerprint sensor is located on the side of the phone, and the screen can also be unlocked with facial recognition.
Powering the device is the MediaTek Helio G81 Ultra processor. This processor, built on a 12nm process, features a total of eight cores: two 2.0GHz Cortex-A75s and six 1.7GHz Cortex-A55s. For graphics, it features a Mali-G52 MC2 GPU. Previous POCO models, the POCO M7 4G, used the Snapdragon 685, while the POCO M7 Plus 5G used the Snapdragon 6S Gen 3 processor.
The phone comes with HyperOS 2 based on Android 15. Users are offered two RAM options: 6GB and 8GB. Storage is available in 128GB and 256GB. The device boasts a large 6,000mAh battery and supports 33W fast charging.
The POCO C85 features a 50-megapixel main camera with an f/1.8 aperture and an auxiliary lens on the rear. On the front, there’s an 8-megapixel selfie camera with an f/2.0 aperture.
Weighing 205 grams, the phone measures 171.56 x 79.47 x 7.99 mm. It’s available in three colors: green, purple, and black. The device also has an IP64 certification, which ensures a certain level of water and dust resistance.
The POCO C85 is available for $109 (4,482 TL) for the 6GB RAM and 128GB storage version, and $129 (5,305 TL) for the 6GB RAM and 256GB storage version. It is not yet known whether the phone will be available in the Turkish market.
