Honda is unveiling its long-awaited full-size electric motorcycle on September 16th. This new model is attracting attention, particularly with its fast-charging support. Honda, which primarily markets smaller electric scooters and city models, is joining the competition with a more powerful motorcycle suitable for highway use.
Honda is coming with a fast-charging electric motorcycle
The motorcycle offers DC fast charging support. The shared images clearly show the CCS Combo 2 charging port, widely used in Europe. This could significantly reduce charging times on long journeys, setting Honda apart from its competitors.

The design appears to remain true to the previously unveiled EV Fun concept. The modern, naked-style motorcycle also features Honda’s traditional styling.
Honda has not yet released official information about battery capacity, range, or price. These details are the most important factors that will determine the model’s market success. If pricing aligns with higher-end rivals like the Harley-Davidson LiveWire One or Zero Motorcycles, Honda will face fierce competition. However, if it adopts a more affordable pricing policy, it could reach a wider user base.
The company’s video states, “Tested on the streets of Europe.” This suggests that the new model will initially be available only in the European market. What are your thoughts on this? Share your thoughts with us in the comments section below.
