vivo has released official images of its new flagship series, the vivo X300 and X300 Pro, which will be unveiled in China on October 13th. These images, released ahead of the launch, reveal the phones’ design, color options, and some noteworthy features. Here are the design details of the vivo X300 series.
The vivo X300 comes in four color options
The vivo X300 Pro comes in four nature-inspired color options: Wilderness Brown, Simple White, Free Blue, and Pure Black. All models feature a specially crafted “velvet glass” surface and a cold-carved metal frame for enhanced grip and comfort.

The X300 Pro boasts a sharp design with a 7.99 mm thin 6.78-inch flat screen. The standard X300 has a more compact 7.95 mm thick 6.31-inch screen. Available in Lucky Color, Cozy Purple, Free Blue, and Pure Black. Both phones retain their combination of velvet glass and metal frames.
The most notable camera innovation is the Zeiss 2.35x telephoto extender. Introduced on the X200 Ultra, this add-on offers performance equivalent to a 200mm focal length with its Kepler optics and 13 glass elements. This feature enhances clarity even at long distances in concert and landscape photography.
The camera sensors vary from model to model:
- Vivo X300: Equipped with a 200-megapixel Zeiss main camera and a 50-megapixel telephoto module.
- Vivo X300 Pro: In addition to a 200-megapixel Zeiss APO telephoto camera, it also features a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-828 main sensor with a larger sensor size (1/1.28-inch) and an f/1.57 aperture.
Both phones are confirmed to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset. This processor is paired with Vivo’s in-house V3+ imaging processor and OriginOS 6. Pricing and all other technical details will be officially announced at the launch event.
