Vivo is launching its flagship phones, the Vivo X300 and Vivo X300 Pro, which have been highly sought after in the Chinese market, globally on October 30th. The company uses the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor for the first time in this series. Ahead of the official launch, reliable sources have revealed all the color and hardware options for the global versions.
Vivo X300 and X300 Pro Coming Globally
According to leaks, both devices in the Vivo X300 series are available in four different color options and offer 16GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage. The 1TB storage model sold in China is not included in the global sales list.

The standard model, the Vivo X300, stands out with its thin bezels and vibrant colors. The global version of the device is available in Halo Pink, Iris Purple, Mist Blue, and Phantom Black. However, the color options may vary in some regions; For example, in Australia, the Vivo X300 will be available only in Red.
On the hardware front, the X300 comes with a 6.31-inch BOE Q10 Plus LTPO AMOLED display with 1.05mm ultra-thin bezels. This display features TÜV-certified eye protection technology. The rear camera system includes a 200MP Zeiss Super main camera (with a Samsung ISOCELL HPB sensor), a 50MP ultra-wide lens, and a 50MP Zeiss APO telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom.
On the front, there’s a 50MP autofocus camera with Zeiss Natural Color support. Thanks to the V3+ NPU, the device can capture 4K 60FPS portrait videos, advanced motion tracking, and zero-addition natural portrait shots.
All this hardware is packed into a thickness of 7.95mm and a weight of 190 grams. The device is also equipped with LPDDR5X RAM, UFS 4.0 storage, and a 6,040 mAh Blue Ocean battery.
The top-of-the-line Vivo X300 Pro offers a larger screen, an advanced camera system, and a higher battery capacity. The device features a 6.78-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a 1–120 Hz dynamic refresh rate and a resolution of 1,260 × 2,800 pixels.
The camera hardware includes a 50 MP Sony LYT-828 main sensor, a 200 MP telephoto lens, a 50 MP ultra-wide lens, and a 50 MP front-facing camera. The X300 Pro has a 6,510 mAh battery and supports 90 W wired and 40 W wireless charging.
The device is 7.99 mm thick and weighs 226 grams. Color options include Mist Blue, Phantom Black, Cloud White, and Sand Brown. However, in some markets, such as Australia, only Phantom Black and Sand Brown are available.
Based on Chinese prices, the Vivo X300 is expected to launch globally at around $699, while the X300 Pro is expected to launch at around $899.
