Realme has officially unveiled its highly anticipated new custom interface, Realme UI 7.0. Built on the new Android 16 operating system, this major update brings comprehensive visual improvements, AI-powered tools, and overall performance improvements.
New Interface and Visual Revolution: Liquid Glass Effect
Realme UI 7.0 builds on Google’s Material 3 design language introduced with Android 16 while also strengthening its own unique visual identity. Its most striking feature is Light Glass Design, inspired by iOS 26’s Liquid Glass design. Users will experience a modern interface that offers greater transparency, depth, and glass-like textures in the new operating system.

The visual upgrades aren’t just aesthetic; performance is also boosted thanks to smoother animations, more dynamic themes, and enhanced Home Screen customizations. The update introduces features like a revamped Control Center, adaptive Dark Mode, improved icon layouts, and Lock Screen Depth Effects, creating a more immersive and modern experience.
All of these cosmetic changes come as part of Realme’s comprehensive Flux Theme 2.0 suite. This theme set takes personalization to the next level, adding support for live photos and AI-powered video wallpapers. Subtle details like dynamic depth of field and new fingerprint animations are also introduced.
Realme emphasizes that all these visual upgrades also come with improved performance. Realme UI 7.0 is expected to not only look better but also offer a smarter and faster experience.

Realme UI 7.0 adopts Google’s Material 3 design language but also enhances its own unique aesthetic. Similar to other Android 16-based interfaces like HyperOS 3, Realme UI 7.0 offers more seamless cross-platform integration with Apple products like the Apple Watch or iPhone.
