Ahead of the Poco F8 Ultra’s global launch, the device has surfaced in Geekbench performance testing, and its technical specifications are beginning to emerge. As global certification processes accelerate, the “Sound by Bose” label on the device’s packaging confirms the series’ premium audio focus.
The Poco F8 Ultra Reveals Its Own
Geekbench records indicate that the Poco F8 Ultra is powered by Qualcomm’s latest high-end mobile platform, the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor. The tested model appears to have 16GB of RAM and was tested with Android 16-based software. At launch, the device also came with HyperOS 3.0.

Full technical details of the Poco F8 Ultra have not yet been released. However, it is likely to be a rebranded version of the Redmi K90 Pro Max.
In line with these expectations, the model is expected to feature a 6.9-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 1200×2608 resolution. This display will have a maximum brightness of 3,500 nits and support for 2,560Hz PWM.
Storage options up to 1TB will be available. The Poco F8 Ultra features a triple rear camera setup: a 50MP main sensor with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), a 50MP periscope telephoto camera with 5x optical zoom, and a 50MP ultra-wide-angle camera.
In terms of audio, the device will feature a Bose-designed sound system amplified by a rear woofer, in addition to dual stereo speakers. The model will be powered by a 7,560mAh battery, which supports 100W wired and 50W wireless charging. The POCO F8 and Xiaomi 17 are also expected to be released for the global market before the end of the year.
