Return to Silent Hill is a film adaptation of Silent Hill 2, the most beloved installment in the series. The producers say the film will be remarkably faithful to the original. Originally released in 2001, Silent Hill 2 received a remake last year to great acclaim.

Return to Silent Hill stars Jeremy Irvine and Hannah Emily Anderson. In the film, Jeremy Irvine plays James, a man devastated after his relationship with Mary (Anderson), the love of his life, ends.
The story begins with a mysterious letter from Mary, inviting James to the town of Silent Hill. Upon arriving, James discovers that this once seemingly ordinary place has been completely transformed by a malevolent force.
As the young man tries to find Mary in this eerie, nightmarish town, he encounters a series of terrifying creatures and a mystery to unravel. The highly anticipated Return to Silent Hill will be released on February 13, 2026.
