The vivo X300 Ultra is set to launch as the latest addition to the X300 series and the successor to the previous X200 Ultra. While vivo hasn’t yet released any official details about the Ultra, a series of leaks have surfaced. The latest leak reveals the device’s battery capacity and expected launch window.
Massive Battery Power and Dual 200MP Cameras
According to a leaker, the X300 Ultra is scheduled to launch in the first quarter of 2026 (Q1 2026). This date appears to align with the X200 Ultra’s April release.

The leak also indicates that vivo’s upcoming flagship phone will feature a substantial 7,000mAh battery. For comparison, the X200 Ultra boasts a 6,000mAh battery, while the recently unveiled X300 Pro boasts a 6,510mAh unit.
The vivo X300 Ultra’s camera features are also expected to be impressive:
- Dual 200MP camera setup.
- Larger 50MP ultra-wide-angle sensor.
Another particularly exciting piece of information is that, unlike the vivo X200 Ultra, the X300 Ultra will reportedly be available globally. This suggests vivo’s intention to bring this device, which aims for top-notch mobile photography, to international buyers.
