Xiaomi has officially rolled out the global Redmi Note 15 Pro lineup, and both the 4G and 5G variants come equipped with large batteries, high-refresh AMOLED panels, and mid-range chipsets. While one is brand-new, the other arrives with a few changes from its Chinese counterpart.
Redmi Note 15 Pro 5G brings 6,580 mAh battery and camera swap

The global model features a 6,580 mAh silicon-carbon battery and supports 45W fast charging. That’s slightly smaller than the 7,000 mAh battery found in the Chinese edition, but still among the largest in the segment.
Interestingly, the camera setup has changed as well. The global version ditches the 50 MP primary camera and replaces it with a 200 MP sensor while retaining the 8 MP ultrawide camera. This move could appeal to users looking for high-resolution detail over standard image balance.
Both models use MediaTek’s Dimensity 7400 Ultra chip and feature the same 6.83-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 480Hz touch sampling rate.
Redmi Note 15 Pro 4G debuts as a fresh global variant
Unlike the 5G model, the Redmi Note 15 Pro 4G has no Chinese twin. It’s a new entry in the series built specifically for global markets. The phone carries a 6,500 mAh battery and supports the same 45W fast charging.
Under the hood, it runs on the Helio G200 Ultra chipset. The camera configuration is largely similar to its 5G sibling, but the 4G model includes a 32 MP selfie camera instead of a 20 MP one.
Its display measures 6.77 inches, also AMOLED, with FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. However, its touch sampling rate is capped at 240Hz lower than the 5G variant but still respectable for most use cases.
Redmi Note 15 Pro pricing stays competitive
Xiaomi has priced both global Redmi Note 15 Pro models aggressively:
- Note 15 Pro 4G: starts at €349
- Note 15 Pro 5G: starts at €399
- Both: 8GB RAM + 256GB storage base configuration
That puts them in direct competition with mid-tier phones from brands like Samsung and OnePlus, especially for users prioritizing battery life and display quality.
A solid refresh with real value
The Redmi Note 15 Pro 4G and 5G may not reinvent the wheel, but they strike a strong balance between battery, display, and performance. For under €400, few devices offer this much longevity out of the box.
