According to a report published by Wired, Nvidia is continuing its efforts to develop its own AI assistant platform, Claw. It is estimated that the company will officially announce this new AI tool very soon.

Nvidia Prepares to Unveil Its Own Claw Platform

The new hardware and software trend that began last year with OpenClaw—formerly known as Clawdbot or Moltbot—is growing rapidly in the tech world. Claw systems essentially operate as specialized software wrappers around Large Language Models (LLMs) such as Claude Code and OpenAI Codex.

These advanced tools act as intelligent personal assistants capable of writing code and browsing the internet independently for their users. To utilize this system, users typically need to set up dedicated computer hardware and integrate expensive AI subscriptions.

Deep Access and Seamless Integration

Following the setup, users grant the assistant full access to their personal data and private accounts. Subsequently, they can communicate directly with these AI assistants through messaging apps like WhatsApp.

Currently, the market features alternatives such as the lightweight Nanoclaw, the security-focused IronClaw, and the trendsetter OpenClaw. Nvidia’s entry into this field—the very company that develops the chips, hardware architectures, and specialized software forming the foundation of the AI world—indicates that it aims to set the industry standards for this rapidly growing technology category.

A Potential Cybersecurity Nightmare

Despite all these innovative hardware and software features, it is well-known that Claw tools pose a serious cybersecurity nightmare due to the deep access permissions granted to the systems. Giving an AI full autonomy over personal accounts remains a controversial topic in terms of privacy.
