Sony has announced the three new free games for PlayStation Plus subscribers for July 2024. However, these games have not met expectations and have caused significant disappointment among players. Here are the games offered for July and the reactions from players…
PlayStation Plus July 2024 free games
The PlayStation community is not happy with this month’s free games. Among Us, in particular, seems to have caused great disappointment. This indie hit, sold for just 99 TL on the PlayStation Store, is now offered completely free to subscribers.
- Borderlands 3 (PS4 & PS5)
- NHL 24 (PS4 & PS5)
- Among Us (PS4 & PS5)
Borderlands 3 might be the most notable game this month. Known for its colorful graphics and intense action, this looter-shooter has a price tag of 459 TL. EA Sports’ latest hockey game, NHL 24, is also coming to PlayStation Plus subscribers just before the current NHL season ends.
You can add these games to your PS Plus library starting from July 2 and play them as long as your subscription is active. Now, let’s move on to the reactions… The games offered for free in July have sparked significant backlash on the PlayStationPlus subreddit. Here are some reactions from disappointed gamers:
“Getting worse day by day. I think Sony wants me to cancel my PS Plus subscription.” (Oldschool-fool)
“Disappointment is an understatement.” (tako2otako)
“Including Among Us must be a joke. It’s already almost free.” (Immediate-Comment-64)
“This is complete nonsense, what are they thinking? The service has never been this bad since the price hike.” (Alternative-Fans4015)
It is clear that the free games offered by Sony in July have caused great dissatisfaction among players. Perhaps PlayStation can make up for this disappointment by offering more exciting and satisfying games in August.
