The countdown for Galaxy Ring has begun for Samsung, which continues to work in the field of wearable technology as well as the smartphone business. As it is known, the smart ring was shown for a short time at the Galaxy Unpacked event in January, where the Galaxy S24 series was introduced. The latest reports give important details about when the product will be fully introduced. Here are the known features and introduction date of Galaxy Ring!
When will Samsung Galaxy Ring be introduced?
According to information from sources close to Samsung, Galaxy Ring will be introduced at the next Galaxy Unpacked event that the brand will organize towards the end of July. In fact, it is reported that the South Korean manufacturer’s Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Flip 6 foldable phones will also be unveiled at the same launch.
If we look at the reports received so far, we can say that the smart ring will have ECG support , measure blood pressure, and support NFC payments. However, it is said that the production of the device has not been fully completed and is in the prototype stage. Although there is no clear information yet, mass production is expected to start between April and June.
It is stated that the product will offer users eight different sizes. Apart from this, it is highly likely that it will benefit from artificial intelligence support, which is frequently encountered in smart rings such as the recently released Amazfit Helio Ring. Moreover, it is expected to have features that improve user experience, such as water resistance.
No price details were shared about the Samsung Galaxy Ring. However, since the products in this field are extremely limited, we can say that a more competitive price approach will be adopted.
