Abxylute has officially launched the 3D One handheld gaming PC on Kickstarter, and it’s far from ordinary. Packed with Surface Pro-like versatility, detachable controllers, and a glasses-free 3D screen, this tablet is aiming to bring stereoscopic gaming and media into the mainstream with PC-level specs to back it up.
True 3D gaming without glasses
The 3D One uses a parallax barrier display to render native 3D visuals without the need for glasses. Its 10.95-inch LCD runs at 2,560 x 1,600 with a 120 Hz refresh rate and peaks at 480 nits. When the 3D mode is activated, an AI-powered 180 Hz eye-tracking camera adjusts the 3D effect in real time for natural depth perception.
Out of the gate, Abxylute says around 50 Steam titles will support native 3D rendering by the end of November. For everything else games, movies, or images the MagicView 2D-to-3D converter steps in, handling real-time conversion on the fly.
High-end specs in a Surface-style form factor
Under the hood, the 3D One features:
- Intel Core Ultra 7 258V CPU (8 cores, 4.8 GHz turbo)
- 32 GB LPDDR5x RAM
- 1 TB PCIe 4.0 SSD
- Windows 11 Home Edition
The device supports three power modes, with Performance Mode unlocking a sustained 30W PL1 and 50W turbo (PL2) for heavier workloads or gaming sessions.
At 0.87 kg (1.92 lbs.), it weighs nearly the same as the Surface Pro 11 or OneXPlayer X1 Air. Add the magnetically attached Hall Effect controllers, and total weight rises to 1.11 kg (2.45 lbs.).
Abxylute 3D One works as a laptop, too
Like Microsoft’s Surface lineup, the 3D One supports an optional keyboard and stand, transforming it into a full 2-in-1 PC. This makes it just as useful for productivity as it is for gaming, though 3D media remains the standout feature.
Abxylute 3D One’s pricing and availability
The MSRP is $1,799, but Kickstarter pricing starts at $1,449. A special VIP tier lets backers place a $150 deposit, redeemable as a $200 credit, for a final price of $1,449 ($50 off Early Bird pricing) plus a free Abxylute C6 wireless controller.
Only 80 units are scheduled to ship in December, with the rest expected to arrive in February 2026.
