Adobe announced the Firefly Image 3 model
Adobe announced a new version of its image rendering model Firefly Image . The new Image 3 , announced today at a conference in London after the Firefly Image 2 model introduced in October 2023 , promises to better understand user requests and provide more advanced details, in addition to providing higher quality images.
Image 3 , which is said to be able to produce much better results compared to Image 2 , thus becomes a strong competitor against the DALL-E models developed by Midjourney and OpenAI . Adobe also announced its goals for Image 3 .
Testing started for Adobe Photoshop
Adobe has begun testing Firefly Image 3 -powered image creation for Photoshop . The update, available to beta users, will be released for everyone towards the end of this year. But there is no clear date for this.
