Samsung’s FE models, launched as affordable alternatives to the Galaxy S series, are once again in the spotlight with new developments. Recent reports indicate that the upcoming Galaxy S25 FE has entered performance testing.

The Galaxy S25 FE has appeared in the Geekbench database with the model number SM-S731B, which corresponds to the global variant of the smartphone. In the performance test, it scored 1,931 points in the single-core test and 6,516 points in the multi-core test.

The tested prototype is powered by the Exynos 2400 processor, confirming claims that the global version of the model will feature Samsung’s in-house Exynos chip. The device will come with 8 GB of RAM, although other memory options may also be available. It will run Android 16 right out of the box.

According to previous reports, the smartphone won’t differ too much from its predecessor, the Galaxy S24 FE, in terms of design. In short, we can expect a metal body, flat edges, and a punch-hole display on the front. On the back, there will be a vertically-aligned triple camera setup.

While the design language is largely similar to the previous model, the dimensions are slightly different. Leaks suggest the Galaxy S25 FE will measure 161.4 x 76.6 x 7.4 mm, compared to the S24 FE’s dimensions of 162 x 77.3 x 8 mm.
