According to the leaked information, the RX 8700 XT will have 56 CUs (Compute Units) and 3,584 Stream Processors. It is also stated that it will be equipped with a clock speed of 2,101 MHz, 16 GB VRAM and most likely GDDR6 memory. In addition to this model, four different RDNA 4 SKUs were leaked.
The Navi 48 GPU models are equipped with a 256-bit data path and 64 MB Infinity Cache. VRAM speeds vary as 20 Gbps, 18 Gbps and 19 Gbps. The Navi 44 GPU model will offer a 128-bit data path and 32 MB Infinity Cache and will have a VRAM speed of 18 Gbps.
