Samsung continues to roll out updates aimed at enhancing user security. Recently, the South Korean brand released the November 2024 security patch for the Galaxy S24 series, and now it has introduced a similar update for another model.
November 2024 Update Now Available for Galaxy Tab S10+
The latest device to receive the November 2024 update from Samsung is the Galaxy Tab S10+. With the build number X828USQS2AXJ7, this patch introduces a new security feature that restricts USB connections solely to charging purposes, blocking all other types of USB connections to enhance security. Additionally, the update addresses 51 security vulnerabilities that could pose risks to users.
If the update notification hasn’t appeared on your device automatically, you can manually check for it by going to Settings > Software Update > Download and Install. If you still don’t see the update, it may not yet be available in your region, in which case you’ll need to wait a bit longer.
Currently, this patch is available for models in the U.S., with a planned rollout for other regions in the coming days.
