With only hours left until one of the biggest events of the year, the Apple Glowtime event, anticipation is high. The event will unveil the iPhone 16 series, Apple Watch Series 10, and many more devices. Leaks continue to emerge about the products to be introduced. Here’s what we expect during the Apple Glowtime event:
The Apple “Glowtime” Event Will Focus on iPhone 16
With the iPhone 16 and more set to be revealed in a special launch event after a year, anticipation is at its peak. While many details about the expected products and innovations have emerged from last-minute and previous leaks, expectations remain high. New leaks have shed light on the iPhone 16’s camera, accessories, AirPods, and more.
Recent leaks have revealed new camera features for the iPhone 16 Pro. It is expected that the 16 Pro will support 120 Hz 4K video recording, external storage for ProRes 4K video, 4K recording while using QuickTake, JPEG-XL format support, pausing and resuming video recording in the Camera app, and wind noise reduction in videos. Additionally, the newly announced Capture Button will also work with third-party camera apps.
Regarding accessories, cases in black, blue, deep purple, green, light gray, and brown colors have been spotted. The possibility of the iPhone 16 coming in a brown color option this year supports these claims.
The Apple Watch Series 10, among the anticipated devices, will feature a larger display, an improved ECG/Heart Rate sensor with sleep apnea detection, and enhanced water resistance. However, it is noted that the sleep apnea feature may not be immediately available on the devices and could be added later through updates.
Software announcements at the event are expected to include iOS 18, watchOS 11, tvOS 18, iPadOS 18, and visionOS 2. In addition to the new AI features, the macOS Sequoia system is also expected to be introduced.
