According to Kuo, iPhone 14’s front-facing camera will get its biggest upgrade in years.
iPhone 14 will stand out with its camera performance
Apple usually makes improvements to its iPhone‘s rear cameras with every new product, but the front camera has been neglected over the years. Luckily, that changes next year with the new Apple iPhone 14. Analyst Ming-Chi Kuo has a new report about Apple‘s suppliers for the front camera.
According to the report the new front facing camera will have autofocus, which means sharper photos and better image quality. In addition, a 6-element lens will be used instead of a 5-element lens, this will also help increase the image quality.
The last change will be in the aperture range, iPhone 14’s selfie camera will have a larger, f/1.9 aperture instead of f/2.2 use in iPhone 13. This allows you take better photos in low-light conditions. Resolution of the camera will have remains a mystery for now.
