Apple removes adapters from two products’ packaging!

Ana sayfa / News

At the “Let Loose” event, Apple unveiled the 11-inch and 13-inch iPad Pro models, as well as the new iPad Air. The new models feature OLED displays, offering significant performance gains. However, a notable change from the event was the packaging. Apple will no longer include adapters in the box with the new iPads.

The new 11-inch and 13-inch iPad Pro are Apple’s first iPad models with OLED displays. The Ultra Retina XDR display offers 1000 nit full-screen brightness and 1600 nit peak HDR brightness. The new models feature the M4 chip, which is developed using 2nd generation 3nm technology. The new CPU offers 50% faster performance compared to the M2 iPad Pro.

Apple states that removing the adapter from the box is an environmentally friendly step. The company previously implemented this for iPhone models and now extends it to iPad models as well. Additionally, the new iPad Pro features a 100% recycled aluminum enclosure.

13-inch iPad Pro launched with M4 and OLED display

Apple unveiled the 13-inch iPad Pro at its Let Loose event. Here's the 13-inch iPad Pro processor, price and more.

The 13-inch iPad Pro will be available starting at $1299, while the 11-inch iPad Air will be offered at $999. Both models will be available for sale next week.

With the new iPad models, Apple not only emphasizes innovation and performance but also adopts an eco-friendly approach. The company’s announcement that it will not include adapters in the new iPads’ boxes may spark some reactions.

In fact, this change aligns with Apple’s sustainability goals. While the new iPad Pro comes with impressive features like the OLED display and M4 chip, how users will react to the lack of an adapter in the box remains to be seen in the coming days.
