Senior executives and developers at Microsoft conducted a review of which applications could run on Apple Vision Pro. While the device is said to be particularly useful for long plane journeys, some criticisms were also made.
Experience of Microsoft employees with Apple Vision Pro
Omar Shahine, one of Microsoft’s senior executives, took a 16-hour plane journey with Apple Vision Pro and thoroughly examined the device. Shahine, who highlighted the user interface in his experience, stated that such a device could be unrivaled for plane journeys.
However, Omar Shahine also made some negative criticisms about Apple Vision Pro. He pointed out that the device’s price tag of $3,499 severely limits user access and also mentioned that the device is quite heavy and eye-straining. Nevertheless, despite all these criticisms, we can say that Microsoft’s team is quite positive about the potential of Vision Pro.
Another Microsoft executive, Ashley Willis, emphasized the product’s market price and comfort, stating that there are areas that need to be improved. Many consider Apple Vision Pro to be a first in terms of devices designed specifically for use during plane journeys, but it is believed that there is still a long way to go in this regard.
