Apple’s long-awaited mixed reality glasses, Apple Vision Pro, finally went on sale recently. ChatGPT support has finally arrived for the new AR/VR glasses with a price tag of 3,500 dollars.

ChatGPT support has finally arrived for Apple Vision Pro, which makes technology more fun and interactive with mixed reality. While OpenAI recently introduced ChatGPT for glasses, it announced that users can now download the app via the VisionOS App Store.
Of course, given the concept of the product, this won’t be a normal AI experience. Although it is not yet clear which features of the glasses the ChatGPT application will benefit from, it is said that users will be able to solve complex problems or create content by giving instructions or showing the problems to artificial intelligence through the glasses’ camera.
Apart from this, shortly after the mixed reality glasses went on sale, they were hacked by Joseph Ravichandran, a doctoral student in microarchitectural security at MIT, by exploiting a kernel vulnerability.
While it is stated that this vulnerability may make AR / VR glasses vulnerable to many issues, such as jailbreak, the findings shared by Joseph Ravichandra on X (Twitter) greatly reveal the seriousness of the situation. Of course, although there is no clear statement on the issue at the moment, Apple is expected to address it quickly.
