Apple will launch its new devices like Watch Series 8 at the “Far Out” event on September 7. However, there are many rumors and leaks just before the launch. For example, there is a claim that iPhone 14 models are on pre-sale in China. Today, there is a rumor about the Apple Watch Pro design and case. Here are the details about the new Apple Watch Pro.
Apple Watch Pro coming with 49mm case
There is just one day left before the big Apple event. Nevertheless, the leaks continue to be shared on social media. Lastly, Apple Watch Pro case images were shared with a size comparison between the watch generation. While the wearable device’s Pro model is expected to come with a 49mm case, the smaller Series 7 and upcoming Series 8 are next to the Pro model.
According to the images, the new smartwatch comes with a new extra button next to the right housing mic. Mark Gurman from Bloomberg says this button could be programmable to launch a specific app, feature, or workout.
The Pro model will have a speaker and a new button on the left side. Apple didn’t change its rounded design, and the body is a little thick compared to the current models like Series 7. Additionally, it is expected to start with a higher price at $899.
Mark Gurman says on Twitter, “A couple of things I’d point out regarding the Apple Watch Pro design: No flat sides. They are rounded like Series 7. The new button on the left side is probably programmable to do whatever you want. For instance, launching a specific app, feature, or workout.”
