Assassin’s Creed IV Black Flag Remake Strengthens Role-Playing
Black Flag Remake will focus more on the role-playing (RPG) elements introduced in Assassin’s Creed Origins. Players will reportedly see stats for main character Edward Kenway’s equipment and encounter a more in-depth character development system.
One of the most striking parts of the leaks is the claim that the modern-day story sections of the original game will be completely removed. Instead, players are expected to spend more time on Edward Kenway’s pirate adventures and encounter new missions. This means the story will focus entirely on Edward and the world of piracy in the Caribbean.

- Smoother gameplay: The elimination of loading screens when moving from ship to land will provide a seamless experience.
