Asus Zenbook 17 Fold OLED is coming in Q4 2022
Asus has finally announced the official pricing and availability information for its first foldable computer, the Zenbook 17 Fold OLED. The laptop comes with great specifications for users. It offers a 17.3-inch 2.5K OLED panel, coming in a 2560 x 1920 resolution and a 4:3 aspect ratio. When you fold the screen, there will be two 12.5-inch halves, with a 3:2 aspect ratio and a 1920 x 1080 resolution.
Asus Zenbook 17 Fold OLED gets its power from the Intel Core i7-1250U processor, which could be the best choice for an ultra-thin device and Intel Iris X graphics. It also comes with 16GB of RAM, a 1TB SSD, and an Intel wifii 6E. The device offers a 75Whr battery that gives you a very good battery experience, it also supports fast charging.
The foldable laptop comes in at 1.5kg (3.3lbs) of weight, and 1.8kg (3.97lbs) with the keyboard. The Zenbook 17 Fold is just 8.7mm when unfolded. Asus announced at the tech event IFA 2022 that the company will launch the new foldable laptop in Q4 2022.
Asus will launch its first foldable laptop in the fourth quarter of the year with a bit expensive price tag. The device will cost $3,499. It is a bit more compared to other foldable laptops. For example, the ThinkPad X1 Fold started at $2,499 with the Core i5 models.
